I ordered a product but I haven't received anything yet, what do I do?
If you have ordered a product and received nothing back then there is probably some congestion in the cell phone network which is delaying your messages being sent back to you. You can check this by turning your phone off and then turning it back on as this sometimes helps to search for new messages on your cell phone number. Until you receive texts from Zed, you won't have been charged. Text messages can take up to 24 hours to reach your phone.
Why is my carrier or my mobile phone not listed yet as compatible with Zed?
Our technical department is working hard to expand our coverage and make new cell phone models compatible with Zed. As we achieve compatibility the model will be added to the Compatibility section.
Can I still download content to it?
No, all our content is offered to specific cell phones only. If you do not have a handset listed as a compatible device, we can not guarantee it will download or work.
I have a prepaid plan. Can I still use Zed?
At this time only certain AT&T prepaid handsets are compatible with our products. In the case you have a non-compatible prepaid handset no charges will be made to your account.

Does my phone need to be internet enabled to get Zed features?
Yes. In order to successfully download ringtones and colour wallpapers, you will need a wireless internet service signed up through your mobile phone operator. If you're not sure that you have this feature, contact your carrier's Customer Support for more information.
Why do I need to have text messaging enabled?
We deliver our products through text-messaging technology. If you don't have a text-messaging service included on your subscription plan, please contact your carrier and ask them to enable it.
What do I do with the download link I received?
Click on the link and you will be immediately connected to Zed
The download will start automatically.
Do NOT "interrupt" during the download! Wait until the download is finished.
When the download is finished, just save it.
Enjoy your product!
Why can't I download when I click on the link?
WAP might not be set up correctly on your cell phone. Please contact your carrier's Customer Support for more.
Where do I find content on my phone once I have downloaded it?
This can differ slightly between handsets. On most handsets click on Menu. select File Manager or My Media and the content should be stored there. If in doubt, consult the handbook you received with your mobile phone.
How do I set the downloaded ringtone as my ringing tone for my phone?
This differs according to handset models. Once you've located the ringtone you should see an option which allows you to Use the ringtone. On some handset models you have to Play the ringtone before the option of setting it as ringing tome appears. If in doubt, consult the handbook you received with your mobile phone.
How do I set a downloaded image as a wallpaper for my phone?
This differs according to handset models. Once you've located the graphic you want to use as wallpaper, you should see an option which allows you to Use the image. On some handset models you have to View the image before the option of setting it as Wallpaper appears on screen. If in doubt, consult the handbook you received with your mobile phone.

What is Club Zed?
Club zed is a monthly subscription priced at $9.99/month (Boost $6.99/mo.). Subscribers can obtain up to 30 products per month. Credits can be redeemed via this website, zed print ads or, for AT&T and Sprint subscribers, through the Club zed wap site. There is a monthly limit of 8 products for downloads via this website. The type and quantity of products obtained depends on the subscriber’s carrier.

How does it work?
Send CHAT to 46933. You’ll receive a message asking you to confirm you wish to subscribe to zed Chat. Reply YES to this message if you want to start.
We will then ask you to tell us about yourself and what you’re looking for in terms of age, gender and location. You will then receive 4 contacts that match your request.
To start chatting send a text message, starting with the nick you want to contact, to 46933. For example, if you want to contact MELISSA, send MELISSA Hey what’s up to 46933
